International students stay in AeroSur's in-house student accommodation, located either at our Melilla or Carrasco training base, depending on operational requirements and program selection. Our residences provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment close to the flight school, allowing students to focus on their aviation training while living alongside fellow student pilots from around the world.

Student life at AeroSur extends beyond flight training. In addition to enjoying Uruguay's welcoming culture, modern infrastructure, beautiful coastline, and high quality of life, students gain valuable operational exposure by serving as Operations Officers on a rotating basis every one to two weeks, helping them develop a deeper understanding of daily flight operations and aviation management. AeroSur also organizes local educational and recreational trips at no additional cost, giving international students the opportunity to explore Uruguay, build friendships, and enjoy a well-rounded aviation experience.

Our in-house student accommodation is conveniently located within approximately 15–20 minutes' walking distance of the training facilities, allowing students to travel easily between their residence and the flight school without requiring daily transportation. Yes. AeroSur supports students beyond graduation by providing guidance on career pathways, license conversion, additional ratings, and professional development.
