The Zero to Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) – Part 141 DINACIA programme at AeroSur is an integrated professional pilot training programme designed for individuals with no previous flying experience. Delivered under a structured Part 141 syllabus and regulated by DINACIA in accordance with ICAO standards, this programme takes students from complete beginners to qualified Commercial Pilots through comprehensive ground school, flight training, simulator instruction, and professional pilot development.

Program Overview

The AeroSur Zero to CPL – Part 141 DINACIA programme is a complete commercial pilot training pathway that combines academic instruction with practical flight experience to develop safe, competent, and professional pilots. Beginning with the fundamentals of aviation, students progress through every stage of pilot training, including aircraft familiarization, aerodynamics, navigation, meteorology, aviation regulations, flight planning, human performance, aviation safety, and operational procedures. Throughout the programme, students receive structured flight instruction that develops proficiency in aircraft handling, solo operations, cross-country navigation, night flying, emergency procedures, commercial flight operations, and professional aeronautical decision-making. The curriculum emphasizes safety, discipline, technical competence, and operational excellence while preparing students to meet the requirements for the issuance of a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) under DINACIA regulations. Upon successful completion, graduates possess the knowledge, flight experience, and professional competencies required to begin a career in commercial aviation or continue with additional ratings such as Multi-Engine Rating (ME), and Flight Instructor (CFI) certifications.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older by the completion of the course.
Have successfully completed 12th Grade (Higher Secondary Education) or an equivalent qualification.
Possess, or be eligible to obtain, a valid DINACIA Class 2 Aviation Medical Certificate prior to commencing flight training and be eligible to obtain a DINACIA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate before the issuance of the Commercial Pilot Licence.
International applicants must hold a valid passport (recommended minimum validity of 18 months) and be eligible to obtain a Uruguayan Student Visa or other appropriate training authorization, unless they hold legal residency in Uruguay.
