REQUIREMENTS
The Student Pilot permit is granted to all those who wish to begin participating in aviation activities as Pilots in their various categories.
Aerosur will assist the applicant, who must appear in person to process their permit, with the corresponding documentation at:

What is needed to do it?
General requirements:

Account Holder's Full Name.

ID.
-
Certificate of Studies
-
1 ID Photo.
-
Medical Class Certificate II. (CMAE)

If you are a foreign citizen, in addition to what was requested above, you must apply for a Waiver from the National Director of Civil Aviation and Aeronautical Infrastructure at the DINACIA Regulatory Procedures Desk, present proof of residence in Uruguay, and an apostilled certificate of studies (or diploma) (Aerosur assists with this procedure).
Medical exams for Pilots:
The Class II Medical Certificate for STUDENT PILOTS, issued under LAR 67, is issued by a CMAE.
This exam will be attended by Aerosur staff and on the day you must appear with:

Blood and urine test (from a private clinic) or come after a 12-hour fast.

Chest X-ray report.

Electrocardiogram report by a cardiologist.

Valid tetanus vaccination certificate.

1 ID photo.

1 photocopy of ID.

Stress test (from age 50, every 2 years)
Required blood and urine tests:

Complete blood count.

Blood glucose.
-
Serum urea.
-
Uric acid.
-
ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate).

VDRL.
-
HIV.
-
Serum creatinine.
-
Drugs (marijuana, cocaine, benzodiazepines, opiates, alcohol, and amphetamines).

Lipid profile.
-
Complete urinalysis.
